SHIPPING & HANDLING
In most cases orders are packaged in a plain discrete packaging with no indication on the outside as to the contents within. On average all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Typically most shipments arrive within 2 to 3 days once the order has been processed and shipped. RETURNS & EXCHANGES / RISK OF LOST SHIPMENTS
We guarantee all of our products against defects in materials. If you receive a defective item please contact us immediately or call us at 760-321-3092 and speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives to resolve any issue. Please refer to our “RETURNS & EXCHANGES” policy for additional information.
In regards to “RISK OF LOST SHIPMENTS”, we are committed to providing the best safe, secure and discrete delivery of our customers packages, however once we hand your package over to the delivery carrier it is their responsibility to ensure its delivery. If for whatever reason a package gets delayed, goes missing it is then the buyers responsibility to contact the “carrier” and provide them the correct tracking information and to seek resolution of the delivery. These products are not for minors and should always be kept out of reach of children. These products are NOT to be used as inhalants, liquid incense, room odorizer or any other use not recommended by the manufacturer. Severe Eye Irritant: In case of eye contact flush with water. Harmful if Swallowed. We prohibit sales to anyone who has indicated to us they intend to misuse these products. Some of these products are flammable: Do not use near fire or flame.
