Are your packages shipped discreetly? <\/strong>
Absolutely. Your package will arrive in a plain box or plain package with no indication on the outside as to the contents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are your shipping and handling costs?<\/strong>
Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the CARRIER and not by us, the cost depends on the chosen shipping method chosen by you, either USPS or FedEx Services. These costs are calculated by THEM based on weight, dimensions and size with adequate padding, filler and protection taken into account. This means in most cases the prices are low, because the weight and size of most items is low or small and a lot can usually fit into smaller packages, hence that means the more you order the more money you SAVE on shipping. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What methods of shipping do we offer?
<\/strong>You have a few options to choose from but most customers usually choose USPS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

USPS Ground Shipping 7 days <\/strong>(with Tracking) – Cost calculated by Shipping Carrier
USPS FAST Shipping 1-3 days<\/strong> (with Tracking) – Cost calculated by Shipping Carrier<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FREE GROUND SHIPPING for orders $99+<\/em><\/strong> (with Tracking)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What about shipping insurance?
<\/strong>Insurance on shipments is done at customer request only, as this is a separate additional charge from the shipping carrier and can only be quoted upon request as a separate charge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you ship to P.O.Box addresses?
<\/strong>Yes, we have customers who for one reason or another do not receive mail at their residences or prefer to use a P.O. Box.  For that reason we use USPS depending on the weight and size of the box and the zip code where the item is being shipped. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How quickly do you ship? (USPS)
<\/strong>In most cases on average all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. On Average most customers choose USPS FAST shipping which usually arrives within 1 to 3 days once products ship.<\/strong><\/em> There are times when out-of-stock situations or other factors may delay shipping.  If an unusual delay is expected we will notify you of the delay by email.  We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and do everything possible to get the order out to you as quickly as possible within 48 hours. Please ALWAYS ALLOW enough time for us to process and package your order.
<\/em><\/strong>( Please be aware that although we keep reasonable levels of stock [kept in climate cooled conditions] we do not keep large quantities of product on hand, and this is so products always remain “fresh” to our customers. Though we receive weekly deliveries direct from the manufacturers, you should always allow sufficient amount of time for your order to be filled. If an extended delay is expected we will either inform you right away or remove the item from stock and refund you. )<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What about TRACKING Information?
<\/strong>ALL Shipments come with Tracking and this is emailed to you once your order is shipped so that you can correctly track your package on route to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long does USPS Mail take?
<\/strong>Delivery times for USPS mail varies depending on where you live and which service you choose. 
On USPS Ground Shipping service is the cheapest service available and usually arrives on average within 4 – 7 days. On USPS FAST Shipping this service usually arrives within 1-3 days. Normal USPS Mail services can vary and are approximate delivery times only and exclude weekends or holidays. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to be at home to accept delivery?
<\/strong>Not necessarily. You can specify on our order form that the package be left without your signature, or you can leave a note on the door telling the delivery driver to leave the package. Just keep in mind that if you specify that it be left without your signature then you assume all of the risk if someone steals it before you get home.  In most cases, packages shipped through the U.S. Mail do not require a signature for delivery.   Also, in some cases, the driver may refuse to leave a package if he\/she feels it is unsafe to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returned Orders Unclaimed or Refused
<\/strong>If a signature is required and the customer  refuses to pick up or sign for the package, the package will be returned to us.   In that event, you authorize HisAromas to charge the return shipping fee to the original payment method used when the order was placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are Shipping Cost Refundable?
<\/strong>The simple answer is NO.  Once an order is shipped the shipping costs are not refundable by the carrier, so ensure you have informed us of ANY changes to your orders shipping before it is actually shipped out to you. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
