RULES: 1) All monthly subscriptions are FREE USPS SHIPPING for orders of $50.00 or more.(If you cancel your subscription prior to the 2nd shipment you will be billed $11.95 for the shipping costs on the first shipment.) 2) All monthly subscription orders UNDER $50 will be charged $9.95 for Postage & Handling. (If you cancel your subscription prior to the 2nd shipment you will be billed an additional $5.00 for the shipping costs on the first shipment.) 3) Monthly Subscriptions - can NOT be used or combined with other offers, promotions or discount coupons. 4) All monthly subscriptions will be billed and shipped on the same chosen Wednesday each month until cancelled. 5) Monthly subscriptions can be changed and amended, provided 48 hours notice is given before any regular chosen billing or shipping period occurs. 6) All monthly subscriptions are billed using E-CHECK (Sorry No Exceptions).
