Subscribe & Save - Monthly Subsciption
Please select the items that you wish to order and answer all shipping, billing and payment information so we can arrange and set-up your MONTHLY RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION:

In order to establish a monthly subscription, you must already be a regular customer of ours in good standing. Monthly Subscriptions are offered at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse anyone.

RULES:
1) All monthly subscriptions are FREE USPS SHIPPING for orders of $50.00 or more.(If you cancel your subscription prior to the 2nd shipment you will be billed $11.95 for the shipping costs on the first shipment.)
2) All monthly subscription orders UNDER $50 will be charged $8.95 for Postage & Handling. (If you cancel your subscription prior to the 2nd shipment you will be billed an additional $5.00 for the shipping costs on the first shipment.)
3) Monthly Subscriptions - can NOT be used or combined with other offers, promotions or discount coupons.
4) All monthly subscriptions will be billed and shipped on the same chosen Wednesday each month until cancelled.
5) Monthly subscriptions can be changed and amended, provided 48 hours notice is given before any regular chosen billing or shipping period occurs.
6) All monthly subscriptions are billed using E-CHECK (Sorry No Exceptions).
E-CHECKS ARE JUST AS SAFE AS EVERY OTHER CHECK YOU HAVE EVER WRITTEN!

B) Select the Shipping option relevant to your order;
FREE USPS SHIPPING (for orders $50 or more)
or USPS SHIPPING $9.95 (for orders UNDER $50)
C) Select the Preferred Monthly Billing & Shipping Date;
1st Wednesday Each Month
2nd Wednesday Each Month
3rd Wednesday Each Month
4th Wednesday Each Month
D) Complete your Billing and Shipping Address Information
E) Complete your E-CHECK Payment Information.
